Quicken still connecting to your biller ERROR
Hi,
Is anyone having the issue to connect Allstate or Xifinity to Quicken? I'm still seeing "Quicken is still connecting tour Biller" for months now
Thank you,

Hello @MoTay,
Currently, both of these billers are showing a status of Healthy.
To start with, I suggest you try to Review and Repair Online billers. However, I recommend you save a backup of your data file first (just in case). After that, please navigate to the Bills & Income tab and click on the gear icon on the top right. Then, click on Review and Repair > Review and Repair Online Billers in the dropdown menu.
Once that is done, see if the issue continues to persist.
Let me know how it goes!

I did , but the issue continues to persist

Please consider this alternative to using Bill Manager. It's my understanding that many banks and billers, in an attempt to better secure their computer systems from hackers, are closing their doors to third-party data aggregators like Quicken, Intuit, etc.

Hello @MoTay,
Have you tried removing and re-adding the online biller? First, I recommend that you save a backup of your data file (just in case). Then, to remove the bill; in the Bills & Income tab, please navigate to the Settings gear icon on the top-right, and select Manage Online Billers. From there, in the Actions column, click on the downward arrow next to Edit Password and click Remove.
Once the biller has been removed, go ahead and try to re-add it and see if the issue continues to persist.
Let me know!

Hello @MoTay,
Thank you for attempting those troubleshooting steps.
Next, I suggest that you please try validating and/or super validating your data file. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.
Validate:
- File
- Validate and Repair File...
- Validate File
- Click OK
- Close the Data Log
- Close Quicken (leave it closed for at least 5 secs)
- Reopen Quicken and see if the issue persists.
If the issue persists, proceed to Super Validate. If the issue is resolved after performing validation, then please disregard the instructions to Super Validate.Super Validate:
- File
- Hold CTRL + Shift and click Validate and Repair File...
- Super Validate File
- Click OK
- Close the Data Log
- Close Quicken (leave it closed for at least 5 secs)
- Reopen Quicken and see if the issue persists.
Let me know how it goes!
