Chase credit card online balance includes pending transactions that have not downloaded

For about a week when I do one step update my chase credit card account online balance amount includes pending transactions. Because of this, when I choose done, the account will not balance against the online value unless I manually enter the pending transactions into quicken and clear them. I have had both quicken and this account for years and never had the issue before, only started within the last week or so.

    Hello @jimtr,

    To assist with this issue, please provide more information. Do you have the pending transactions feature turned on in your Quicken file? You can check this by going to Edit>Preferences>Pending transactions.

    If the feature is turned on, then please go to the register(s) for the affected account(s), click the hourglass icon (at the bottom of the register to the left of Ending Balance), and make sure pending is turned off.

    I do not have that feature turned on.

    Funny, the issue did not happen today, first time in weeks. I'll reach out to support if it happens again.
