Unable to Download Discover Card Transactions

Hello. I am running Quicken Premier for Mac ver 7.9.1 and I have been trying in vain to download Discover Card transactions. Every time I connect it is successful. No error messages. But it fails to download all the transactions from this month (September). What's going on here? How does this get fixed? Thank you!

    same here on windows. online balance updates but the transactions don't make it. No error messages either.

    I just tried resetting the account. didn't download any transactions but it screwed up my opening balance from 2008. What is going on?

    Hello, I, too, am unable to download transactions from my Discover card. I am running Quicken Classic V 7.9.1 on MacOS 15.01. Is there a solution? Where do I find the solution?

    Hello @Quicken Jasmine. Sorry for the delayed response but I kind of lost track of this thread when I didn't hear back after a week or so. I am not receiving error messages when trying to download Discover Card transactions right now. But I also haven't used that card since October. I do see two transactions that were marked as downloaded on Oct 19 & 21. So I guess I'm ok for now but it appears there are a couple other people with issues like mine in this thread.
