Amazon Store Card - Synchrony CC-503 --- still
This error has been an ongoing issue for me - and others- since the middle of September. I have tried all the solutions offered by various other posters with no success. I have spoken with Synchrony Bank - no help. Their position is that this is a Quicken problem not a Synchrony problem.
Is anyone at Quicken looking into this problem?
Frustrating. I get it that 'stuff' happens. The apparent unwillingness of either vendor to resolve the problem speaks poorly of both of them. Frustrating

Anja - Thank you for response. I have been trying all the official and unofficial troubleshooting instructions and none seem to resolve either problem.

The CC-503 problem persists for my Amazon / Synchrony card.
I see that when Quicken is linking out to the Synchrony website, it is going to URL: www.synchrony.com/finance#/credit-cards. Logging in with my Amazon/Synchrony credentials at this URL fails.
I can, and have for years been logging on to URL: www.amazon.syf.com/accounts and having no problem.
Could it be that Quicken needs to provide a way to login using different URL?
