Synovus Bank now NOT updating, similar to Wells Fargo Bank accounts

I have both of these banks in my accounts, as well as Costco Citi Card. Synovus bank accounts are now not updating and it acts very similar to Wells Fargo. Is this a larger technology issue as opposed to many single issues?
