They closed the Optum HSA ticket saying its fixed, but it's not
@Quicken Anja please review this. Optum HSA still is not working. I have tried 3 times and each time it results in this error.

For anyone who stumbles or searches up on this…. has ANYONE successfully connected their Optum HSA yet?
I chatted, he had me try again. It failed. He had me create a new file and try, it failed. His suggestion then was to completely reinstall Quicken (text below). I don't feel comfortable being a test dummy and trying to completely reinstall and having to restore everything. They should be able to take the information I provided and test out on their end and get it working.
I'm happy to try and log in, or create a new file, but when they want me to TRY to reinstall (not even sure if that will fix… it likely wont)…. I'm gonna pass. I don't have enough transactions in this account so continuing to manage manually is not the end of the world… until they get it fixed.
Suggestion from chat:Let me try this, please go to Quicken.com/activate, then select I'm new to Quicken Classic, get the program and reinstall Quicken, please.

@Quicken Anja we kept troubleshooting and now he says Optum is still blocking it and there is nothing Quicken can do about it.
Chat:
Thank you so much, in this case you have to call your financial institution to report the error, as it is a permanent block with Quicken.
