Error cc-501 Bank of America Web Connect

Finally fixed my Citi card, now I'm getting a CC-501 error for BoA. Tried refreshing the account and now the connection is gone. BoA says they authorized it, but I get an error on Quicken's side saying it timed out. Same thing happened with Citi card.

What is going on with Quicken?

    Same here. CitiBank error over last several days final resolved today but now 10/02/2024 attempts to download from BoA results in cc-501 error. Apparently Quicken is aware per other posts but sounds like they are waiting for BoA??????

    I was able to reestablish a connection today.
