Hi there - this is my first post in the community so I hope it's in the correct place.
I started using Quicken about a year ago and I have never been able to connect my 401K account.
When I attempt to add the account it seems to work ok (see screenshots) but then gives me the error below.
It's confusing bc my PW is obviously correct bc it's attempting the correct phone # for 2FA.
Support hasn't been….supportive. Any thoughts on remediation?
