downloading transactions for a single account from Ally website causes Quicken to crash

Ally website allows for the upload / download of transactions in the Quicken format. The transactions are successfully uploaded / downloaded but the Quicken app crashes immediately after the identification of the account of the transactions (the process finishes but Quicken is gone). No chance to accept or reject / delete the new transactions. Quicken must be restarted and the transactions are there and can be dealt with accordingly.

Version R59.6 Build 27.1.59.6

I don't often download from the bank website. I just encountered it in the last week. No error message.

Thanks, Jasmine. Yes, the issue still occurred the last time I had to request an upload / download from the ally website.

I am not experiencing any issues with Ally Bank transaction downloads. The first troubleshooting step I would try is to Reset the account.
