How can you say an issue is resolved when I am still failing to download Citibank/card info?
Still gettimg errors despite the announcement that the issue is resolved! FDP390!

Same here. This issue is NOT resolved. I can direct connect (Web Connect still does not work) to Citi Cards as mentioned in other threads, but no transactions are downloading for Aadvantage MasterCard and Costco Visa.
*** EDIT *** I restored a backup from 14 Sept., and after resetting accounts it looks like transactions have downloaded. Can't say for sure all is okay until I reconcile all of those transactions… What a freaking PAIN 🤬
