Despite posts to the contrary, I can confirm Citibank is still VERY broken. As of 3:30 p.m. EDT.

I was able to connect once, and all it did was REALLY mess up my data base.

    What exactly is a "channel reset" ?

    Hello @mred2521,

    "Channel reset" is the server error message. It means that the account(s) needs to be deactivated and reconnected. It is a good idea to backup your Quicken file prior to doing this.

    Deactivation of all Citi accounts and then reconnecting worked
