How to clear OL-220-a error?

Question

On one step update there is an unusual item 'Wells Fargo - error recovery- MilesPotter'   Logs show that Quicken is looking for something that is not there. I think it has something to do with a repeating online payment I was trying to enter. I deleted what I thought was the offending entry. Now when I try to reenter it Quicken says you must complete the previous entry first ...?
