My account is doing the same. OneAmerica shows correct balance but my Quicken portfolio shows a previous negative balance then climbs to $0. Been like this since last week with no feedback.

Hello @bjtb20,
To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information. When did you first notice this issue? Was the account connected and showing the correct balance previously? What kind of account is this (Checking, Savings, Credit, Brokerage, etc.)? I can see that there are several connection options for OneAmerica in Quicken for Mac. Which ones have you tried? Do you encounter the same issue with all the connection options? What is the URL you use when logging into the account directly through the financial institution website?
I look forward to your reply!

Hello, I first noticed this about 3 weeks ago. It is a 401k account with OneAmerica Retirement Services. Only the Retirement Services account connect has the data I need. It was working fine for about 6 months then just happened one one refresh. I tried deleting the account and reading. The new connection actually shows my balance when connecting but once the connection finishes the account shows 0 in Quicken. Here is the URL for the account:

Thank you for your reply,
Based on the link you provided, it looks like the OneAmerica connection option may work.
Please backup your file, then deactivate the problem account. Once the problem account is deactivated, reconnect it by going to Accounts>Add Account…, search/select the OneAmerica option, and follow the prompts, making sure to link the account to the correct name in Quicken.
Please let me know how it goes!

Appreciate that suggestion. I tried it before and also just tried today after deactivating and deleting the original but recevied an OFX Error: 2000. I re added the retirement account connection and it was successful with a 0 balance though. This is a tricky one, not sure if its an API issue but it did work for months before.

Thank you for your reply,
An OFX 2000 error is a general error. When the message came up, was there any additional information in that error message? Sometimes, you'll see that error if additional authorization is needed, such as needing to authorize through the financial institution's website or needing to set up a special login to connect the account with Quicken. If you want to try connecting to the OneAmerica connection, you may need to contact the financial institution directly for assistance.
If you prefer to connect using OneAmerica Retirement Services, I recommend that you contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance as they have access to tools that we on the Community can't access and they're able to escalate the situation as needed. The Quicken Support phone number can be found through this link here. Phone support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday.
I apologize that I could not be of more assistance!
