I am having the same issue with my 7 Keypoint Credit Union accounts. Keypoint refers to the Quicken video which (obviously) does not resolve the connection issue.

To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information. When did you first notice this issue? Were the accounts previously connected/working? Are you seeing any error messages/codes when you try to update/connect your Keypoint Credit Union accounts? If not, what is happening when you try to update/connect the accounts?
