    To better assist you further, could you please elaborate and tell us exactly what is happening when you attempt to connect? Are you receiving any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) while trying to connect that you can provide us with here, please?

    I am getting a cc-502. I called for support and was told a CC-502 is a bank issue and not Quicken. Quicken is communicating with the American Express site. When trying to add the account, I provided my credentials, it then asks where I want my one time code sent, it then sends it, Quicken opens a window for me to enter it and after I do I get a cc-502. So I was wondering if anyone else can cannot. I know there are others who can't. Is this a known issue with American Express and if so, will it be fixed?
