Lands End VISA Card - Comenity

Looks like Comenity's Land Visa Cards are having problems downloading transactions into Quicken. Then when I try to reset the account inorder to reestablish the connection, my connection fals. Any troubleshooting recommendations are greatly appreciated.

Hello @David Simmons,

A CC-601 error occurs when Quicken is unable to connect to the bank to receive transaction information. This could be caused by something on the bank's end blocking Quicken from connecting. In some cases, Quicken Support may need to escalate the issue.

Looks like this may be a persistent problem with this financial institution. Does anyone know is Quicken support is aware, and if not, can we let them know?
