Is there a way to download the HSA Invest account from HSA Bank - Part 2?
With the forced migration from HSA Bank from Schwab to 'HSA Invest', we no longer have the ability to download our investment transactions from 'HSA Invest' like we could for Schwab (and with TD Ameritrade before them). I called HSA Bank to inquire about Quicken functionality to download transactions from 'HSA Invest', and they said "this functionality is not yet setup, and that it's only a possibility but not a guarantee that they will offer this". I kindly asked that they relay my request for this functionality to the product team, and she confirmed that this was done.
I suggest everyone to please call HSA Bank directly and ask for this functionality like we had for Schwab and Quicken to get additional traction from the 'HSA Invest' team: 800-357-6246 option 0
In the meantime, she kindly walked me through how to manually get the information from their website to then manually enter into Quicken 😒
I suppose I am going to setup a separate 'HSA Invest' account in Quicken to keep track of these transactions (I guess it doesn't make sense to use the existing 'HSA Bank' account) - curious what others are doing as a best practice. Thanks.
