TD Bank not re-authorizing

all of a sudden, the one step update is telling me it needs to reauthorize my TD accounts. when I go to do that, it tells me there are transactions in the register that need to be downloaded first. But there NO transactions!
anyone have any ideas?

i went in and did a file validate and repair, closed and reopened. i was able to reauthorize. they are all working again.
