unable to connect to online biller

Why when I add online biller or remove one and add back can quicken not connect to biller computer. Some times it says authentication complete and says synchronizing bills but never does. Is there a problem with quicken server not connecting to biller server? Happens with different billers line american express and GM Financial. Also with some other.

Hello @nstevens,
To start with, I suggest you try to Review and Repair Online billers. However, I do recommend that you save a backup of your data file first (just in case). To do so, navigate to the Gear icon in the top-right of the Bills & Income tab and click on Review and Repair > Review and Repair Online Billers in the dropdown menu.
Once that is done, see if the issue continues to persist.

I did that. Tried to add biller back. It says authenticated then bill synch in progress but never synchronizes the bill

Is this happening with any and all online billers or are some working and some not? If the latter, could you please provide a list of names of the online billers you are experiencing this issue with?

was able to add Spectrum back. Not able to add american express GM Financial or State Farm and all were working couple of days ago. I have had this happen before and after trying multiple time biller would finally add but not now.
