All Citi Cards Are Updating as If There is Only One

I have 3 citi credit cards. I was forced to reauthorize after the latest update. I tried to auth all three and Quicken gave me the same failure I have been getting over the past month or so. I tried to do one at a time, and the Costco card succeeded. I then tried the Dividend card. After I authorized online, I got a message IN QUICKEN that my Costco card was no longer available at Citi and the account should be closed in Quicken. This was as I was linking the Dividend card. I tried the 3rd card, and now all three cards are showing with the Costco card online balance and I'm getting errors that my cards at Citi accounts have been deleted and I need to close my quicken accounts.

This is a terribly messed up.

    Hello @sgj31,

    To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information. Are these accounts all under the same userID/password, or do they have separate logins with the financial institution? Are you the account owner for all 3 accounts? Would any of the accounts be considered a sub-account? I noticed that your most recent connection attempts were using the Costco Anywhere Visa Card by Citi connection option. Have you tried connecting your cards using one of the other connection options with Citi (such as Citibank or Citi Cards)?

    All cards are in one account with same user/pw. All are in my name and are not sub-accounts. I deactivated online services and then went through the set up process where I sign into my account and approve access. All three cards show Costco Anywhere Visa Card by Citi again.

    To clarify, are all 3 cards connected and downloading transactions? If they all show Costco Anywhere Visa Card by Citi, it's likely that's the connection option you used when you connected them.
