    Quicken is not updating any credit card data when updating all the accounts. I need to do an alt/Ctrl del and end task to shut down quicken.

    Hello @mb5!,

    To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information. You mentioned that you're having to use Task Manager to force Quicken to close. Is the program freezing when you run One Step Update? How long are you waiting for it to update before you force the program to shut down? You mentioned credit card data specifically isn't updating; does that mean that other account types are updating? Are all of the credit cards with the same financial institution?

    Yes One Step Update

    I have waited 5-30 minutes for it to update.

    Investment accounts are updating but not the credit card data.

    The credit cards are not all with the same financial institution

    The issue you describe is most likely either a program issue or a file issue.

    Please try manually reinstalling the current program update. This article provides the download for the patch as well as instructions on downloading/installing it:
