Thanks for the reply. I was able to recover following steps provided to me, however I was told not to update Quicken when the program asks. So bottomline is I can use Quicken but not update to any future features - is there someway to get around this?

I was told via a phone call back in July. I was able to restore my back up with assist from the call. I don't have my ticket number but assume you can look it up via my Quicken login name.
I then search for the issue on the Community and found it still an open ticket. Bottom line, I have a Quicken product I can't update until the Ticket #10207431 is resolved.

First, I suggest following this link and downloading/installing the latest Quicken for Windows manual patch. I recommend saving a backup before proceeding (just in case).
