Why am I getting "Connectivity Error"

Why am I getting connectivity error's all the time. I have spent hours on line with tech support, and they have me resetting my data, my cloud, Validate & repair etc etc.

Nothing works, can anyone help me with this error? To make matters worse, I was told I would get a ticket number via email, never did.

What am I paying for ?
