QHI (Home Inventory Manager) Not working in Quicken

I am using Quicken R59.10. When I go to Property & Debt > Home Inventory Manager to view the inventory of items I have used for decades, the Home Inventory window pops up, but then my computer freezes.

Please let me know how I can access and use Home Inventory Manager and see all of my inventory data again.

    Hello @TempCommUser,

    The troubleshooting I can offer is limited since Home Inventory Manager is no longer supported (see this article for more details).

    To clarify, is your whole computer freezing, or is it just the Quicken program that is freezing? What are you needing to do to escape from the freeze (for instance, restart computer, force the Quicken program to shut down, etc)?

    If you haven't restarted your computer since this issue started, I would recommend restarting your computer. I also recommend that you try manually reinstalling the most recent update patch for Quicken. To do that, please follow the directions in this article:
