Trying to add my USAA renter's insurance

In the last six months, USAA's password format is now PIN+authenticator code. While great for secure access, it makes it tough for Quicken to sync because that code would be different each time. Does Quicken have a solution around this?

    To clarify, are you trying to connect this account as an online biller? What is happening when you try to connect? Are you seeing any error messages or codes?

    It just says pending and it has been like that since I created this thread. Edited to add: I keep trying to add a screenshot and it won't let me.

    The Pending status implies this would be an online biller. When I check on our end, I can see you're trying to connect to USAA Property & Casualty. The status of that connection shows as "degraded", which means that there is a known issue with that connection. The issue is being worked on, but we do not have an ETA. I made sure to report the issue so that the team working on this knows you're impacted by this problem.
