I am running Win 10 and Quicken 2024 Premier. My AMEX transactions are downloading , however every time I run " One step update " , a notification loads indicating AMEX needs to verify my account sending a 6 digit code to my phone which when entered does update my account .

Is there a way to eliminate this step since its the only bank account requesting this data ?

Unfortunately, there is no way to disable the MFA prompt as we received confirmation from American Express in August that the MFA prompt for each online account update is working as designed and is the intended process they have put in place.
