Problem with Help and sending sanitized file

I have received the error message OL-301-A when trying to update Fidelity Net Benefits, I'm trying to get help with that.
I tried sending a sanitized file and a screen shot through help, but it says I've exceeded the 10 file limit. There is only 9, and the sanitized file makes 10.
What do I do now?
