phantom downloaded transactions

My wells-fargo account still has says I have 20 transactions to accept [and I can't reset or delete the account because of that]. But:
and there aren't any there. so i don't know what to do

it says "direct connect" and it has "bank bill pay"

If you haven't already done so, I recommend following the troubleshooting steps in this article on when Quicken says there's transactions to accept, but you don't see any:
