PennyMac Home Loan Solutions FDP-155
My PennMay loan stopped communicating with Quicken months ago and I continue to get this error FDP-155. I've sent this to Quicken numerous times in the app and can find no resolution on the community forum. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ability to communicate with Pennymac has not been working since May 2024 and has been reported (ticketed) multiple times. Some of those tickets are being closed due to inactivity without being resolved. It does not seem okay that this is taking this long to resolve. Is there any way to raise priority on this issue, particularly since there are multiple tickets and the duration of this problem has been significant.
