Error message cc-502 ESSA BANK AND TRUST
QUICKEN DELUXE R59.10, BUILD 27.1.59.10, ON WINDOWS 10 COMPUTER.
After appx 2 years of struggling with unreliable down loads from Express Web Connect, missing many existing checking account transactions, I finally gave up using it, and had reverted to just downloading QFX data files weekly from ESSA to get accurate and complete download info of the posted transactions. Now even the QFX files will no longer load into the Quicken Program. I am a 20+ year user on Quicken and have tried everything including , De activate and Re Activate to solve issue to no avail.

Since you are experiencing this issue with a QFX file, this does mean that there is an issue with the file itself, and you will need to contact the financial institution directly to resolve this as it is the financial institution that creates and provides these QFX files.
Since QFX files are created and provided by the financial institution, Quicken is unable to resolve this issue. Only the financial institution providing the file can.
