Citi Connection

Quicken Mac Subscription Member ✭✭

I am running Quicken on a Mac and have not been able to connect to Citi bank to update my CostCo Citi card. So I tried ending the connection and then re-establishing it. However, I have attached the error I get which trying to just select Citi Bank as step 1 of the re-connection process. Can you please let me know what is going on?
