One of my accounts does not offer automatic transaction downloading.

Using the Web Version, how do I import a list of transactions into the account?

thanks

There is no "Web version" of Q. There's a free add-on product that can't "download" into Q. It CAN, however, "sync" with your desktop product.

Can that account sync with the Financial Institution? Or, how are transactions being recorded in that account in Q Mobile?

Or are you referring to Quicken Simplifi which is a separate web-based financial planning product?

    Clarification :

    Referring to Quicken Classic

I've installed the Windows version, but am hopeful I can import transactions using the Quicken Web sign in.

If your QWeb was initially created from your Quicken Classic installation, then they should be able to sync with each other because they would share a common Cloud Account ID.

But if your QWeb was not first set up/generated from your Quicken Classic installation, then you will not be able to sync them because they will not share a common Cloud Account ID and there is no way to bridge that. The Cloud Account ID and your Quicken ID are two different things and they serve different functions.

You could try the following but I don't know how well that will work:

    1. Download your QWeb data in a CSV formatted file(s). You can read more about that here: Import Quicken Web to new computer with no quicken pc file.
    2. Once you have downloaded the CSV file(s) you could use a file converter program such as ImportQIF to try to convert the CSV file(s) into a QIF formatted file(s) that can then be imported into Quicken Classic. ImportQIF is a free program developed by a long-time Quicken user and very active member of this Community. You can read up on it and download it from https://www.quicknperlwiz.com/. .
    3. Once you get all of you data migrated into your Quicken Classic desktop you can then try to set up a new QWeb from there. You can then sync back and forth between Quicken Classic and that new QWeb.
