is Quicken transaction download broken across the board for all institutions? :-(

Hi there,

I am having issues with transaction download starting last 3 months. I get CC501 for at least 3 banks (nothing to do with citi and others listed on the website having issues). cannot setup anymore for 2 institutions and at least 3 institutions show connections worked and download successful but NO transactions downloaded. Is this on quicken support's radar to resolve?

Another thing- there is NO WAY from the support page. the chat and call is useless. Quickassist is a JOKE with ChatGPT. I seriously need to research an alternative.
