is Quicken transaction download broken across the board for all institutions? :-(

Hi there,

I am having issues with transaction download starting last 3 months. I get CC501 for at least 3 banks (nothing to do with citi and others listed on the website having issues). cannot setup anymore for 2 institutions and at least 3 institutions show connections worked and download successful but NO transactions downloaded. Is this on quicken support's radar to resolve?

    "Across the board"? No, I'm able to run OSU without errors (did it just now, did it earlier today).

    A few of mine don't have any transaction to download. They will report the number of accounts updated and 0 new transactions.

    I'm also on 59.18

    5 credit cards 3 banks no problems at 3:25pm CDT

    Hello @Quicken Jasmine,

    Since the download was failing, The Sync log commented to deactivate and activate the online setup. I deactivated and then when I try to setup online, I get CC501 for the below credit unions. Sync for these were working just fine earlier. It has broken recently.
    If I can get these resolved I can explain the others where I have not deactivated yet but when I download it reports successful without downloading any data. I then download the data manually or make register entries manually (really painful sometimes). I really hope (Pray) you can help me.
