Citi Reauthorize

Have a Citi CC. Has not updated in a few weeks. When updating I get no notice that it failed but does not update. Have not received notice to reauthorize, but that would seem what I need to do. How do I update the connection?

    Hello @clifff,

To help troubleshoot this issue, I checked on our end to see if there were any errors. I can see a FDP-350 error, which means the authentication token issued by the financial institution is expired. To correct this issue, you will need to reauthorize the account.

To reauthorize the account, first, please backup your Quicken file. Next, deactivate the problem account. Once the problem account is deactivated, go to Tools>Add Account and follow the prompts, making sure to carefully relink the account to the correct nickname in Quicken.

Please let me know how it goes!
