Sync Error on Mac

Anyone else constantly getting a sync error and not able to update to their mac? I can't update of my financial info.

    Hello @choek,

    First, I suggest that you completely sign out of your data file then sign back in to refresh your Online Tomen. You can use the instructions below. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding (just in case).

    1. Navigate to the Quicken dropdown menu
    2. Sign Out...
    3. Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password 
    4. Follow the prompts to be taken back to your data file after signing in
