CC-502 received when updating accounts from Mid-Florida Credit Union

Whether I am updating all accounts or only my credit union accounts, Quicken prompts me asking where to send a one-time code. I enter the code but I receive a CC-502 error. It says "Quicken is trying to update your account. Please try again. For more information see this FAQ". If I try again I get the same error message. The FAQ takes me here:

I have been using Quicken with my Mid-Florida credit union accounts for years and it connected fine. This error only started happening the week of 10/21/2024.

    I have been having the same problem with Quicken and Mid Florida Credit Union. Attempting to "One step update" I get a request from MF - needing a one time code. The code is sent and - does work but that is a problem that some one must fix.

    Hello user galahad, I'm glad I'm not the only one experiencing the problem, but in my case after the code is sent it DOES NOT work. I can log onto the MFCU website and see multiple transactions that have been posted there that do not carry over into Quicken.

    Can someone from Quicken please address this?

    I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one having the same problem with Quicken and MidFlorida. The same problem occurs with the mobile app. I long for the day where everything works without any headaches.

    Just think Quicken will charge us all a fee to renew with all these problems. Last month it was two weeks of errors connecting with Citi Card and now MF.

    I did the " help → report a problem " that you requested, but my sanitized data file is too large to upload.

    This doesn't work when I try an individual update nor when I try the One-Step update.
