    I also have a similar problem. When I sync, the program freezes. I have reset twice. My app now has 3 accounts for each one I used to have. How do I merge these together so it is one account again? I use Quicken Classic Business and Personal.

    Hello @Meg McCarthy Deegan,

    To help troubleshoot this, please provide more information. When did you first notice this issue? Which version of Quicken were you using when the issue started? When you say you've reset twice, are you referring to resetting the Quicken Cloud? Does the program freeze during the Cloud reset? Are you performing the Cloud Sync through One Step Update, or separately (such as using the Sync Now button on the Mobile & Web tab)? Does the program freeze every time you Sync? Do you see any error messages when you attempt to Sync? Do you keep your Quicken file directly on your local hard drive? Is the file synced to any cloud services, such as OneDrive, iCloud, or Dropbox?

    Do you use a VPN, firewall, or anti-virus? If so, try pausing them while you attempt to sync with the Quicken Cloud; if they're blocking communication, pausing them may correct the issue.

    The triplicate accounts are probably a result of the program freezing before the Cloud Sync completes. I would expect that once the Syncing issue is corrected, a Cloud Reset should remove the extra copies of your accounts.
