    Its been down for over a month now and still no FIX

    Hi @Quicken Anja, I appreciate the update. I need to ask whether the issue is on the Quicken side or the Credit Union's side, as it is causing me to consider moving my accounts elsewhere. Moving financial institutions is a hassle, so this is not an easy decision.

    I do know for certain that this is related directly to SCCU replacing its online banking site to introduce updates such as multi-factor authentication. The problems began for me when I voluntarily switched to the new site. I had the credit union switch me back and my ability to use Quicken and QuickBooks returned. However, in mid-October they forced all users to the new site.

    I'm having the same issue. Down for over a month. Get it fixed.
