CitiBank Download Problems has been problematic for 2 months
I am so frustrated with the changes to CitiBank. I have updated the WebConnect probably 25 times. When I update transactions, it works fine for my local bank account. However, with the new CitiBank connection it takes way longer than it used to because it syncs everything with the Quicken Cloud even though I have turned off syncing with the Quicken Cloud. After it goes through the process, I get the regular message that everything was updated but no transactions ever show up anymore. I have to add everything manually and clear everything manually. I have used Quicken for over a decade and have never experienced this mess. There have been some occasional issues over the years but this absolutely ridiculous.

I do apologize for the delayed response.
To troubleshoot this issue, please follow these steps:
- Backup your Quicken file.
- Deactivate all the accounts associated with Citi.
- Navigate to Citi Bank's website, look for third-party apps, and unlink Quicken.
- After unlinking accounts, return to Quicken and attempt to Add the Citi Bank accounts using the "+" button.
- Carefully relink your Citi Bank accounts with the corresponding Quicken accounts.

No. It did not work. The message window pops up and says that it was updated but nothing appears in the account.
