Barclay CD accounts - error downloading

Barclay changed their log in process - new look, etc. Now I cannot download xactions to quicken. (quicken for windows). Tried several times, verified acct name/pw, tried reset - all failed. So I deactivated accts for download and try to set up again. Still no luck. Now get error saying it's not my fault but now help getting it resolved. Thanks. Michael

    This issue with the CC-503 (invalid credentials error) has been reported to our Development and Product teams for further investigation and resolution. Though we do not currently have an ETA, you can bookmark this Community Alert to get updates when available and to know when the issue is resolved. If you do not see the bookmark icon at the upper right, please make sure you are logged into the Community.

    The "not your fault" error when attempting to re-add the account is most likely related to this known issue. That said, per the article on not your fault errors, if the issue persists for longer than 24 hours, it is recommended that you contact Quicken Support directly for assistance. Phone support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday.
