American Express Savings Error - "There are no uncleared items to reconcile"

After the latest update to R59.18 I receive this error when reconciling my AMEX Savings acct (the Savings Account was updated to the new download process).

Transactions are showing cleared from prior updates, but they will not reconcile. I tried removing the cleared status and reconciling, same issue.

Any help is appreciated…Ed

    Only message received was "There are no uncleared items to reconcile" with an OK button.
