Anja - I understand there is an ongoing issue with the connectivity of Windows Quicken Class to Merrill Edge for downloading transactions. That said, I am trying to figure out if that includes the error code I have been receiving for the past 5 days. The error code I get every time I try to download from Merrill is "OL-297-A - Quicken is Unable to Establish a Connection."

Should I assume that the error I am currently receiving will cease after the fix to Quicken / Merrill Edge is completed. If not, please include this error code in your research related to the download problems between Windows Quicken Classic (R-59.18) and Merrill Edge.

Thanks - PGAVON

https://community.quicken.com/profile/NotACPA - Thanks for the idea. I did check security section and the TLS 1.2 was checked. Keep in mind that this Merrill daily download had been working flawlessly for the past several years and then experienced connectivity / download issues a week ago, which made me believe it was something that Merrill Lynch did. Since the downloads have not worked, I have a work-around where I can launch Quicken and then go to the Merrill website where it allows me to manually download transactions to Quicken (based upon the dates I specify). I'm just hoping this issue is part of the broader problem with Merrill that has already been identifed. Thanks!!
