Quotes not downloading

My Canadian quotes have not been downloading fro 3 months now. I just ran an update and RY is not in the list of stock prices downloaded. I changed the security symbol to TSE:RY and ran a 2nd update, I got a price $0.01 higher than the TSX end of day quote (close enough). I have the Canadian version of Quicken, updated tonight. Do I now have to manually edit all symbols?

Hello @cbc1952,

To assist with this issue, please provide more information. Are all of your quotes (with the exception of the one you manually updated) failing to download? If not, what specific ones aren't downloading? Did you go to Tools>Security List to verify that Download Quotes is selected for the problem securities? When you run One Step Update, do you see any messages that some quotes could not be updated?
