$0 Balance on Multiple Assets

I have multiple assets that when connecting show a balance, but the market value is $0 once configured. The first was Coinbase, which I assumed was due to Quicken's failure to adopt the new API key format and the legacy keys have limitations. However, now the Publix 401(k) (managed by Voya) and PROFIT plan are showing as $0 too.
