Sorry, but we were unable to make your changes when trying to add Health Insurance to Medical Inform

I created a Health Insurance item in LifeHub. I then created Medical Information item. I tried to add the Health Insurance to the Medical Information. The Health Insurance item is in the drop down, but when I select it, I get "Sorry, but we were unable to make your changes" error, and the Insurance item is not added.
