Quicken Support - lack of…

I have used quicken for 20 years and each year direct support gets worse. Now I have an issue where my quicken is almost unusable and I need direct support. But try and find an email or try and use chat and you go in circles. For the first year in 20 years I probably will not renew and pay for an upgrade. Quicken has become too big

    Quicken doesn't do support by email. If you want to contact Quicken support, it has to be by phone or chat.

    response to an earlier post (can't seem to reply on that post). initial post highlighted how I am a 20 year Quicken (Windows) user and now will not upgrade (pay) due to lack of support. Quicken Jasmine asked for more detail - the detail is that my Quicken, which I have limited now to a year worth of data, is very slow, categories will not allow to be set as a default, continual issues loading Chase and Schwab downloads, reporting not saving reports properly, and a few other issues. I have attempted to contact Quicken by email, chat and phone. only to get a run around with a few phone chats where support would not take the time to address. extremely frustrating because for many years I touted how good Quicken was…and functionally still is, but I can't get use it very well now and have a hard time paying more money for a yearly upgrade that will not have an impact

    How long have these issues been going on for? You mentioned that you limited the data in your file to one year; what process did you use to do that? Did you limit the amount of data because of these issues, or was there a different reason? You mentioned that you contacted support and they wouldn't even engage; do you have any of the ticket numbers from those contacts?
