Anyone still getting pdf statements??
I have 8 accounts that used to get monthly pdf statements if I recall. Seems each month there are less and I may be down to one.
Do folks still get theirs? I ask to see if I have a rogue setting or something amiss. Even the Online Bills that update motnhly as expected (VERY few without intervention) are not getting the pdfs along with the bill.

Where are you getting those PDF statements? In the Bills & Income tab?
Are those banks and billers still playing nice with Intuit and allow connections to Online Bill Pay?
Me thinks this feature is on the way to retirement …I don't really use that for Online Bill Pay purposes. The bank or credit card company sends me an email every month when the new statement's available. I then do it the old-fashioned way, go to their website and download and print the PDF.

PDF's in Online Bills have nothing to do with Online Bill Pay. Never have. I have had most for MANY years. Last months some, maybe most, do not get new statements.

I no longer get paper statements. I don't get PDFs sent to me - I have to go to the bank website if I want them. So far, all of mine still make them available.

I guess we're not sure what you're asking Bob. All my banks and other financial institutions have statements available on their websites, and that's where I get them.

I thought I was specific enough :)
Is anyone getting the current monthly pdf statements in Quicken on the Bills and Income tab on accounts where they DID get monthly pdf's on those accounts until a few months ago?
I am not interested in bank's websites. This is QUICKEN. I thought that was implied. My bad.

I'm on Qmac. I have a few bills that no longer have PDF's show up. I also have several that do. I also have some who have never sent PDF's. Some of billers I have that do will update the amount and then the PDF will show up a few days later.

To assist with this, please provide more information. Which specific billers are you no longer able to view the .pdf for in the Bills & Income tab?
I look forward to your reply!

Hi @Quicken Kristina . American Express, Adobe Cloud Services for two examples. I belive Chase stopped providing them, but could be a Quicken glitch. I'm watching my others.

@Quicken Kristina. SoCalGas, Frontier Communications.

Thank you for your replies,
I checked these billers in our system. Most people are able to get the .PDF file from American Express, but about 25% are reporting an issue. I submitted a ticket to let them know you're impacted by this issue also. Adobe Cloud Services should be including documents. I submitted a ticket for that issue also. Chase no longer provides the .PDF.
There are known issues with both SoCalGas and Frontier Communications. I submitted tickets to let them know you're impacted by these issues.
Thank you!

Thanks so much @Quicken Kristina . Is there anything I can do on my end for Amex and Adobe?
I believe T-mobile and Elan and Progressive working as expected. Will post here if either fails this month. And I assume that Citi has discontinued pdfs. Cannot tell about Wells Fargo as cannot mix Direct and EWC+ with same financial instituation.
Appreciate your help, as always.

AMEX came in this morning :)
Its a shame there are not more FI's doing this and it isn't more reliable. Would make it easier to go paperless. Too much work to go to each FI site to get the pdf's.
I'll post if things change for better or wrose as the month progresses.
