Allow full category name in leftmost column annual budget

I create a hierarchical budget with several levels of subheadings in my budget. For example Home: Utilities: Electricity. Although there seems to be plenty of open space in the leftmost column of a budget in annual view, where categories are listed, Quicken seems to cut off the name after about 28 characters and substitutes a 3 dot ellipsis at beginning and end of the string. I can see the full name by hovering over a cell, but would prefer to just see without those extra steps.

Are you using the Graph View set to show Annual Totals or are you using the budget's Annual View?
Please show us an image snapshot of that complete view (minus the Account sidebar) so that we can see what's going on.

Can you please capture one or more images of the parts of your Quicken window showing the issue, sensitive information blacked out as necessary to protect your privacy but annotated to describe the situation, and attach the image(s) here?
