My Navy federal credit union and USAA accounts are not updating.
The update appears to be normal, but 0 transactions are registered and I have a bunch of transactions. Other banks appear to be working as I get transactions when I update but these two accounts do not work - this appears to be different from the can't connect issues I see on the community discussions as everything "appears" to be normal until I get nothing at the end. Please help.

There was a "hiccup" at USAA yesterday. When I sync'ed, Q said my accounts were closed or renamed. When I logged into USAA directly, it could not display my account balances. It cleared up a short while later. It took a few hours for it to clear through Quicken's server.
I just tried again now and get the same error. Somethings up at USAA. I just logged on and everything looks fine at the moment.
I can't speak about Navy FCU. I suggest you try again tomorrow and see if it's cleared up.

Hello @fgvonahn,
To help troubleshoot this issue, I checked on our end, and am seeing a FDP-350 (invalid token) error with those financial institutions.
To correct this, please backup your Quicken file, deactivate the problem accounts, then reconnect them by going to Tools>Add Account and following the prompts, making sure to carefully relink the accounts to the correct nicknames in Quicken.
Please let me know how it goes!
Quicken Kristina

So just to update. I made no changes to my connection and USAA connected successfully.
