UMB transcations not downloading

It's been about a week that transactions won't download from HSA at UMB.

I've deactivated and tried to activate again at supports suggestion and now I get a CC-929, before I was CC-501

Support has not been helpful at all and once dropped the chat when I took to long to respond while I was doing the task they requested me to perform.

Any one have any thoughts on how to fix this?

    Thanks for the reply Anja.
    Unfortunately, I already tried that and when I go to activate download and enter my information it is back to the CC-501 error.
